    Fastsail is an association of high performance dinghies with single trapezes and symmetrical spinnakers.

The current members are the 470, 505, Fireball, Flying Dutchman, Hornet, Osprey & Javelin Classes. Their representatives act as a communication channel between the classes to promote the classes at the RYA Dinghy Show each year and organized combined events.

  Sailing Shirts confirms sponsorship of SGP 2008

   Fastsail is pleased to announce that Sailing Shirts has confirmed its continued sponsorship of the SGP in 2008. Sailing Shirts donated a Ladies Trophy in 2007 and is again making T Shirts available at www.sailingshir ts.co.uk/ sailingshirts/ fsail.htm#fsts and polo shirts at www.sailingshir ts.co.uk/ sailingshirts/ fsail.htm#fsps and will be providing a range of prizes.

  SGP 2008

   Fastsail is pleased to confirm that Rutland Sailing Club has agreed to host the SGP 2008 on 20/21 September 2008. 6 Races are scheduled. 

The SGP is open to the Fastsail Class dinghies - 505, Osprey, Javelin, Hornet, Flying Dutchman, Fireball and 470.

In addition Laser II, 420 and Tempest Classes are warmly invited to participate.

Registration at RSC from 0900hrs Briefing at 1100hrs - Warning first race Saturday 1200hrs Sunday 1030hrs.

Entry Fee £30 to those that Register online on Fastsail website before midnight on 15 September - late entries £35.
